Battery and service are impeccable. I had bought 3 batteries for a fairly old laptop and they were delivered very quickly. One of the three was defective and could not be loaded. Subtel's telephone support was immediately available and the exchange of complaints went without a hitch, so that I had the third working battery with me the day after that. In operation, the batteries are absolutely ok in terms of capacity and runtime - of course I can't say anything about the durability yet (I've only had them for three days). So: all round recommended based on my experience.

Akku und Service sind einwandfrei.
Ich hatte 3 Akkus für einen ziemlich alten Laptop gekauft, die wurden sehr schnell geliefert. Einer der drei war defekt und konnte nicht geladen werden. Der Telefonsupport von subtel war sofort erreichbar und der Reklamationstausch ging völlig umstandslos, so dass ich schon am übernächsten Tag den dritten funktionierenden Akku bei mir hatte.
Im Betrieb sind die Akkus absolut ok in Kapazität und Laufzeit - über die Haltbarkeit kann ich natürlich noch nichts sagen (hab sie ja jetzt erst seit drei Tagen).
Also: rundum empfehlensert nach meiner Erfahrung.
