Though I received the wrong product, my experience was so positive it's hard to believe. I ordered a battery for a Lumix GH5 and it came, but it was the wrong model battery. I wrote back and customer service checked out my complaint, agreed that I was right, and issued a refund. They also sent the right link so I ordered a new battery. I was expecting to either lose my money or be ignored so I was very happy that it all went as smoothly as possible. I don't know the name of who helped me but he or she deserves a raise.
